a photographic story about an oridinary family.
All over the world there are both visible and feel able differences between rich and poor, young and old, black and white.
Bulgaria is a country where youngsters desperately looking for a better future. They migrate to the big cities, searching for work. They even migrate to foreign countries to find that better future. The elderly staying behind with little or no chances.
Despite of this abandonment, these people support each other no matter what,
In the northern part of the country I met a family in their small, poorly home.
They warmly welcomed me into their lives for a few days to photograph the daily life.
In this short period I felt the huge pain of the loss of their two sons, but also did I see the urge to survive and how much they wanted to continue the family life.
Time is ticking away and nobody knows what the future will bring.
